STV Incorporated in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Construction Manager to join our Transportation team. You will lead roadway, highway, and bridge construction efforts, support CEI growth, mentor staff, and strengthen client relationships while delivering high-quality projects in North Carolina.
You will review plans and specs, manage field operations, supervise project managers and inspectors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

In this role, you’ll work closely with clients, project teams, and field staff to support high-quality project delivery, strengthen client relationships, mentor emerging talent, and help expand STV’s presence in the region. You’ll have the support of an ENR Top 50 firm while contributing to infrastructure projects that improve mobility, safety, and connectivity for local communities. As a Construction Manager, you will support construction management activities and help administer roadway, highway, and bridge construction projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education requirements Minimum of 10 years of highway construction administration and inspection experience North Carolina Professional Engineer license or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential preferred Familiarity with NCDOT, North Carolina municipalities, or public-sector transportation clients Strong communication skills, including technical writing, client communication, and coordination with project teams Demonstrated ability to lead construction teams, promote safe work practices, and support successful transportation project delivery

Compensation Range: $118,489.97 - $135,417.11
