STV Incorporated in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Construction Manager to join our Transportation team. You will lead roadway, highway, and bridge construction efforts, support CEI growth, mentor staff, and strengthen client relationships while delivering high-quality projects in North Carolina.

You will review plans and specs, manage field operations, supervise project managers and inspectors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; NCPE license or CCM preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of highway construction administration and inspection experience.
• Familiarity with NC DOT or public-sector transportation clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead project teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support growth of STV’s CEI practice through client engagement, business development, and pursuit support.
• Help recruit, mentor, and develop construction managers, engineers, inspectors, and field staff.
• Serve as Project Manager on select transportation projects, as needed.
• Provide quality oversight for CEI project activities, deliverables, documentation, and field operations.
• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with clients, agency partners, and stakeholders.
• Support proposals, qualifications packages, and technical pursuit materials.
• Review and interpret construction plans, contract documents, and technical specifications.
• Communicate clearly with clients, project teams, and field staff to keep work moving safely and efficiently.
