Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Tempe, AZ seeks a NAST Compliance Analyst to drive large-scale projects and programs within Amazon’s Middle Mile Transportation network. You will manage complex, cross-functional initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure DOT compliance across the transport network.

The role requires a strong background in data analysis, Excel, and end-to-end project management, with knowledge of SQL and programming languages.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of data analysis and formula creation in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Experience with end-to-end project management.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Knowledge of a modern programming language (Ruby, Java, Python, or C#).

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with considerable impact across multiple organizations.
• Build relationships with project stakeholders across key internal teams and external partners.
• Establish mechanisms that ensure compliance with Department of Transportation regulations across the Middle Mile network.
• Communicate status, risks, and delays to stakeholders clearly and proactively.
• Develop, govern, and report KPI metrics for the portfolio of programs.
