CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. in Cedar Rapids, IA, is seeking a Maintenance Compliance Coordinator to support the safe, compliant operation of our transportation equipment.

This onsite role focuses on licensing, permits, inspections, maintenance records, and compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. You will work with maintenance, operations, safety, legal and other teams to track renewals, address gaps, prepare reports, and follow issues through resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in an office-based environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify, communicate, and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate licensing, permits, renewals, and tracking for required licenses and certifications.
• Maintain accurate records for equipment compliance, inspections, and maintenance activity.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on licensing status and compliance metrics.
• Support compliance with federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
