Job summary

Kerr Contractors, a Woodburn, Oregon-based heavy civil contractor, is seeking an organized administrator to manage fleet compliance and regulatory reporting. The role focuses on DMV filings, IFTA, and annual/renewal tasks to keep fleet records accurate and up to date.

The candidate will coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely documentation, renewals, and registrations, while maintaining Spectrum-based updates and OTA registrations where required.

Qualifications

• Experience handling fuel, mileage and tax reporting for vehicle fleets.
• Proficiency with DMV paperwork and title/registration processes.
• Familiarity with IFTA and DOT compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monthly weight/mile tax reporting.
• Monthly RUAF reporting.
• Quarterly IFTA reporting.
• Preparing DMV paperwork (title transfers, VIN inspections, missing plates/stickers, renewals).
• DMV online renewals.
• Updating vehicle compliance in Spectrum.
• Registering apportioned trucks on OTA website.
• Preparing 2290 paperwork when applicable.
• Filing annual 2290 renewal.
• Annual apportioned truck renewals.
• Filing MCS-150 report every 2 years.
• Filing Hazmat registrations for trucks every 3 years.
• Communicating vehicle/trailer adds for insurance.
