Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous clerical experience and knowledge of operations and transportation functions preferred.
• Must be proficient with MS Office.
• Strong data-entry with high rate of accuracy preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound dispatching paperwork for deliveries.
• Coordinate with drivers, supervisors, and Transportation Manager.
• Verify customer invoices.
• Assemble outbound paperwork, print invoices, and record COD data.
• Maintain weekly and monthly transportation reports.
• Assist sales with tracing orders and re-routing as needed.
• Complete and audit driver daily activity reports.
