KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Goodyear, AZ to ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork within a fast-paced distribution center.

You will operate warehouse equipment, manage inventory, and support continuous improvement while working on a schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Start times around 8:30 AM with differential pay for evenings and freezer environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, day shifts, and overnight schedules.
• At least one year of experience in food distribution or a warehouse environment.
• Experience operating powered warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, stock pickers.
• Strong communication with internal customers and management.
• Ability to follow safe warehouse working practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred experience using a warehouse management system (WMS)

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment, manage inventory, and perform receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Build pallets meeting customer guidelines.
• Maintain production standards and minimize errors.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
