• Review LGTS submissions for geometry and drainage accuracy.
• Verify plots, easements, and boundaries in plans.
• Analyze deed descriptions and property line accuracy in CADD.
• Evaluate consultant proposals for survey-related work.
• Identify constructability issues to prevent delays.
