Responsibilities

Right-of-Way Checks: Verify plots, easements, and limits to ensure plans meet design policies and boundaries
Property Analysis: Analyze deed descriptions and verify property line accuracy in CADD systems
Proposal Evaluation: Evaluate consultant technical and price proposals for survey-related work and recommend actions
Constructability Review: Identify early design or drainage issues to prevent project delays and improve outcomes
