Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Arranges transportation of equipment with customers and with external freight companies.
• Monitors routes and delivery schedules for on-time service.
• Communicates with haulers regarding assignments, route changes, and customer requirements.
• Prepares, reviews, and processes transportation invoices, freight bills, and related documentation.
• Verifies trip records, mileage, fuel charges, detention fees, and other billable items.
• Resolves billing discrepancies by coordinating with customers, haulers, and internal departments.
• Tracks shipments and provides status updates to customers and management.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, and safety requirements.
• Generates operational and billing reports as needed.
