You will analyze reports, train associates, hire and develop leaders, and ensure equipment availability for maintenance, supporting a safe, compliant, and productive environment.

Formación

• Associate's Degree or 1 year Walmart Logistics or 1 year transportation experience
• Experience in logistics operations or supervising associates is preferred
• Comfort with analyzing reports and metrics

Responsabilidades

• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and associates.
• Plan and manage staffing, scheduling, and workloads to meet production, quality, and safety goals.
• Prepare, review, and analyze business reports to manage productivity.
• Train associates on logistics and company policies; monitor compliance and documentation.
• Address concerns from associates, customers, and suppliers by consulting others and making recommendations.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders; participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation.
• Ensure equipment availability for scheduled maintenance by coordinating with service shops and local offices.
