Qualifications

• OR 1 year experience as Walmart Supply Chain Area/Operations Manager supervising and developing associates.
• OR 3 years experience in operations/distribution/supply chain/retail with supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage transportation associates and leaders, providing direction and feedback.
• Oversee the transportation business plan to meet production, safety, and quality goals.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and Walmart policies with documented procedures.
• Analyze transportation metrics and reports to identify improvements and implement changes.
• Forecast staffing and workload to meet business demands and resolve issues promptly.
