Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1+ years in ops/logistics/retail
• Experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring and developing managers/supervisors
• Participation in hiring and promotion of employees across multiple departments

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates verbally or in writing
• Drive and implement the business plan for the area of responsibility to meet facility goals
• Forecast staffing workload and performance to meet demands
• Prepare, review and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements
• Ensure compliance with Logistics and company quality and safety standards and procedures
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, provide feedback and development opportunities
