• Experience managing safety, compliance, and workforce initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day transportation operations to ensure on-time delivery and objectives.
• Manage teams for transportation planning, dispatch, routing, driver support, and freight movement.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with Distribution Centers, Fleet Maintenance, Store Operations, and Home Office teams to support priorities.
• Ensure readiness to meet changing business demands and customer expectations.
