• Manage financial aspects as assigned and/or in area of responsibility by monitoring and tracking expenses and capital expenditures compared to budget
• Maintain quality and safety standards in area of responsibility by ensuring associates are trained on Supply Chain and company policies, standards and procedures
• Demonstrates and communicates solid working knowledge of maintenance procedures to help associates conduct high quality maintenance operations
• Engage, enable and empower associates by coordinating workloads, monitoring performance and providing feedback
• Utilize strategic leadership skills to develop maintenance associates' capability and improve work processes
• Collaborates with other Maintenance Area Managers to determine capacity and ensure optimization of service delivery
• Ensures performance of routine equipment inspection and maintenance of warehouse equipment
• Maintains daily, weekly and monthly checklists and follows priorities for work process and monitoring for compliance with regulations
