• 1 year’s experience in Walmart Logistics Area Manager role or 3 years’ experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing associates; managing workload; involvement in hiring and promotion.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates to drive and implement the business plan for area of responsibility.
• Forecast staffing workload and performance results to meet business demands and goals.
• Prepare and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Monitor compliance with logistics, quality, and safety standards; maintain procedures and documentation.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders; provide feedback and coaching.
• Foster a high-performing, inclusive workplace and recruit and promote talent.
