Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a Transportation Alternative Project Deliver Leader for Florida. You will manage capital programs, lead multi-disciplinary APD teams, and guide design, construction support, and risk management to meet budgets and schedules.

The role is based in Florida with fit for offices in multiple cities. You will develop client relationships, lead deputy/design manager roles, and help grow Stantec's transportation APD capabilities across the region.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive engineering and project management experience on large transportation projects, including APD projects.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Business development and marketing skills required and demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams on major APD projects from positioning to proposals and final designs.
• Serve as design manager, deputy design manager, or quality manager on APD projects.
• Represent Stantec as a technical leader on APD projects.
• Identify resources and skill sets to meet project objectives; manage costs and schedule.
• Support Florida APD efforts and coordinate projects across the South region as needed.
• Protect health and safety according to company guidelines.
• Grow internal and external networks to enhance Stantec reputation and attract talent.
• Develop client relationships to facilitate project activities.
• Promote partnerships with contractors and consultants in pursuits.
