Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Transportation Alternative Project Delivery Leader for Florida to oversee delivery of design-build transportation programs. The role leads cross-functional teams, manages design, quality and risk, and strengthens client relationships across the state.

The successful candidate will have 15+ years in transportation engineering and project management, a PE license, and experience directing APD initiatives, with opportunities to grow business in Florida.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive engineering and project management experience on large transportation projects.
• Florida experience is preferred and deputy design/quality leadership on APD projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams on major APD projects from positioning to design and construction.
• Serve as key contact and on-site design/quality management roles.
• Represent Stantec as a technical leader on APD projects.
• Manage resources, costs, schedules, and contract tasks to stay on plan.
