Capri Holdings Limited is seeking a detail-oriented transportation analytics professional to optimize transportation processes within a fast-paced environment. You will analyze data, track performance, and drive efficiencies across internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities include developing KPI dashboards, reporting transportation financial metrics, and collaborating on transport-related projects to improve SLAs and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of supply chain experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-starter environment
• Highly organized and able to meet deadlines
• Analytical with strong Excel skills
• Team-player with excellent relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Develop extensive knowledge of all Transportation Data sources (TMS, freight payment systems, SAP, etc.)
• Source transportation carrier data and validate for reporting
• Create and present monthly Transportation Performance reviews for internal stakeholders
• Own reporting of transportation financial metrics
• Analyze, track and validate carrier SLAs (On-Time Performance, costs)
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to enhance reports and dashboards
• Develop performance KPIs for carriers
• Partner with carrier contacts to monitor KPIs
• Perform ad hoc analyses and reporting for outbound freight
• Participate in transportation and related projects as required
• Provide support to Transportation team for operational needs
