GEODIS is seeking a Transportation Analyst to support the Transportation Operations team with analytics, profitability analysis, report development, and freight optimization studies.

You will build internal dashboards, benchmark performance, and help drive cost and service improvements across the transportation network, collaborating with cross-functional teams to sustain continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience with analysis and reporting or equivalent.
• Experience with TMS systems.
• Experience benchmarking accounts and generating non-standard KPI’s.
• Knowledge of transportation industry KPI’s for cost and service.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Drives operational excellence by developing efficient, repeatable processes.
• Supports development, setup and maintenance of internal metrics and KPIs.
• Adheres to a standard schedule to produce metrics and meet deadlines.
• Establishes cross-departmental working relationships.
• Provides timely communication of project statuses.
