Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Coordinator II to support transportation management processes, including procurement, Freight Bill Audit & Payment, and shipment planning and execution.

You will handle defined processes and repeatable analyses to drive cost and service improvements, interfacing with customers and carriers in meetings. The role requires organizing data, tracking KPIs such as FBAP and Ryder Online, and delivering timely reporting.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics or Business Administration preferred.
• One year or more experience working with customers or carriers.
• One year or more previous transportation experience in Customer Service, Accounting required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that TM outputs meet design specs and customer requirements.
• Proactively monitor and manage key performance indicators: FBAP, 12TMS, Ryder Online, Transportation Intelligence System.
• Provide support including accuracy and timeliness of data processing, reporting, analysis and inquiries.
• Process and distribute weekly customer metrics.
• Interact with carriers and clients to resolve problems.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
