Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and emails for transportation requests.
• Take and enter ride reservations.
• Help schedule and dispatch drivers.
• Keep records updated and organized (Excel, filing, data entry).
• Support the Transportation Manager with daily tasks.
• Assist residents and staff with transportation questions.
