Job summary

CareCore at Meadows is seeking a dependable Transportation Scheduler / Driver to coordinate resident transportation for appointments and other needs, and to safely transport residents using the company vehicle. You will communicate with nursing staff, residents, families, and outside providers, and keep schedules organized.

The role requires a valid driver''s license, a safe driving record, and comfort working with seniors.

Qualifications

• Must be 25 years or older to drive the company vehicle.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience with seniors or healthcare setting preferred.
• DSP/STNA/CNA or caregiving experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable, patient, and comfortable with residents.
• Flexible scheduling across transportation needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule resident transportation.
• Safely transport residents using company vehicle.
• Communicate with staff, residents, families and providers.
• Keep transportation schedules organized and updated.
• Assist residents entering and exiting vehicle.
• Ensure vehicle is clean, safe and ready for use.
• Adjust transportation plans as facility and resident needs change.
