Job summary

Transport Refrigeration of NW Arkansas, Inc. in Lowell, AR is seeking experienced technicians to diagnose and repair transport refrigeration units and diesel systems. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and HVAC components, and service APUs during on‑call rotations.

The role offers a first shift, strong earning potential up to $85k with experience, hands‑on Thermo King training, and career development within a growing Thermo King dealership.

Qualifications

• Experience as a technician in diesel/trailer/heavy‑duty equipment is preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to diagnose refrigeration and diesel systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain transport refrigeration units.
• Perform preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot diesel engines, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
• Service APUs and diesel heaters.
• Repair truck cab A/C and HVAC systems.
• Electrical troubleshooting and component replacement.
• Road service calls and on‑call rotation after training.
