Job summary
Transport Refrigeration of NW Arkansas, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Refrigeration Technician to provide on-site service and repairs for transport refrigeration units, APUs, cab A/C systems, and heaters in the Lowell area.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in transport refrigeration or related trades, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain Thermo King Certi-Tech within 90 days. We offer competitive hourly pay, benefits, and opportunities for training and growth.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in transport refrigeration, diesel, HVAC, APU, or mobile service.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Operate a company service truck safely and maintain it in top condition.
- Perform transport refrigeration unit repairs, service, and installations.
- Travel to customer locations and perform mobile/road service.
- Build customer relationships and help grow the mobile service route.
- Complete service orders and documentation accurately.
