Transport Refrigeration of NW Arkansas, Inc. (TRA) is hiring Diesel Technicians, Diesel Mechanics, HVAC Technicians, Automotive Technicians, and Reefer Technicians to join our Lowell, AR team.

We provide paid on-the-job training and Thermo King factory certification to help you build a long-term career in transport refrigeration. In this role, you’ll diagnose and repair transport refrigeration units, APUs, diesel heaters, and truck cab A/C systems that keep refrigerated fleets running

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical school preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in diesel, automotive, or HVAC mechanics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain transport refrigeration units, APUs, diesel heaters, and cab A/C systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs.
• Complete road service calls and participate in on-call rotation after training.
• Maintain safety and quality standards within a clean, organized shop.
