Transport Refrigeration of NW Arkansas, Inc. (TRA) in Lowell, AR is seeking experienced Reefer Technicians and Diesel Technicians to join our growing team.

You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain refrigerated transport units while advancing your skills through Thermo King training and factory certification. We offer a competitive salary ($52,000–$85,000/year depending on experience), first-shift hours, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with match,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical experience okay.
• Comfort with diagnosing refrigeration, diesel, and electrical systems.
• Experience with transport refrigeration is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain transport refrigeration units.
• Perform preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot diesel engines, electrical systems, and refrigeration.
• Service and repair APUs and diesel heaters.
• Diagnose and repair truck cab A/C and HVAC systems.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting and component replacement.
• Complete repairs within standard repair times with quality and safety.
• Use OEM diagnostic software, test equipment, and shop tools.
