Job summary

Stryker in Dallas, TX is seeking an Associate Field Service Representative to support a designated service territory, repair and deliver transport equipment including stretchers and transport chairs. You will work across a range of products and help advance into a senior ProCare role within Stryker.

You will operate with a focus on Transport solutions, maintain field-service metrics, and collaborate with sales and service teams while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old for driving requirements.
• Valid driver license in resident state with good driving record to operate company vehicle.
• Willingness and ability to work extended weeks including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Possess basic electronic and mechanical aptitude.
• Perform quality control checks, maintenance, repairs, and wireless upgrades.
• Use computer software to document work, order parts, and reference training materials.
• Maintain excellent customer etiquette to support the sales team and promote equipment usage.
• Work mostly independently and collaborate with teammates on Field Service projects and initiatives.
• Adhere to field service metrics including hours, overtime, inventory accuracy, and documentation cadence.
