Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Field Service Representative for the Fort Worth, TX area to support Transport equipment, including stretchers, transport chairs, bed frames, and temperature management systems. You will repair and transport devices while upholding service standards and cultivating strong customer relationships.

The role emphasizes independent field work, hands-on maintenance, and collaboration with the sales team to expand equipment usage.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old to meet driving requirements.
• Valid driver license in state of residence with a good driving record.
• Willingness and ability to work extended weeks including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Repair and deliver Stryker equipment with a focus on Transport solutions.
• Perform quality control checks, preventative maintenance, global hold repairs, and wireless upgrades.
• Use computer software to complete documentation, order parts, and reference training materials.
• Maintain excellent customer etiquette to support the sales team and promote equipment usage.
• Work mostly independently and collaborate with teammates on Field Service projects and initiatives.
• Adhere to Field Service metrics including hours, overtime, inventory accuracy and documentation cadence.
