Job summary

Atrium Centers in Ohio is hiring a Transport Driver/CNA to safely transport residents to appointments and provide hands-on care per approved care plans.

You will split duties 50/50 between floor CNA responsibilities and transport driving, while maintaining records, safety, and infection control. Must have STNA and a valid license; 25+ age required.

Qualifications

• Must have completed STNA course and active state license.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Medical Records experience in long-term care is preferred.
• ART certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and/or provide transportation for residents to and from appointments.
• Assist residents safely during transport and appointments.
• Drive center van (similar in size to a minivan).
• Transport a maximum of two patients at a time.
• Split duties 50/50 between floor CNA responsibilities and transport driving.
• Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan.
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety.
• Maintain and respond to resident medical record requests.
• Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols.
• Complete required documentation, including vitals.
• Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately.
