Job summary

Atrium Centers in Wisconsin is seeking a Transport Driver/CNA to support resident care and transportation needs. The role blends floor CNA duties with driving responsibilities, requiring a CNA certification and a clean driving record. The pay range is $21–$22 per hour based on experience, with benefits and an ESOP structure.

The candidate should be 25+ years old, have a high school diploma or GED, and possess strong communication skills. Prior medical records experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a CNA with an active state license.
• Minimum age 25 years or older.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical records experience in long‑term care preferred.
• ART certification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; service‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and/or provide transportation for residents to appointments.
• Assist residents safely during transport and at appointments.
• Drive center van (similar to a minivan).
• Transport a maximum of two patients at a time.
• Split duties 50/50 between floor CNA and transport duties.
• Provide resident care according to approved Care Plans.
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and safety.
• Maintain and respond to resident medical record requests.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Complete required documentation, including vitals.
• Report any violations of Residents’ Bill of Rights.

What You Bring
