Job summary

Elite Transportation is seeking a Dispatcher to oversee daily coordination of Members/Riders schedules to the Day Center or appointments. You will arrange Logisticare Will Call trips and validate trips with the Transportation Specialists' time worked.

Responsibilities include finalizing weekly time cards, communicating PTO and training hours to payroll, participating in weekly operations calls, and ensuring compliance with Logisticare requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in transporting people, including those with mobility challenges.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must meet DOT physical health requirements.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with older adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily coordination of Members/Riders schedules to Day Center or appointments.
• Arrange Logisticare Will Call trips to meet requirements.
• Validate Logisticare trips and approve Transportation Specialists’ time worked daily.
• Finalize weekly time cards and communicate PTO and training hours to payroll.
• Participate in weekly Transportation Operations calls and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with Logisticare requirements when rider complaints arise.
• Log maintenance concerns and coordinate with contracted mobile mechanic.
• Participate in on-call rotation including early mornings, late evenings, and alternating Saturdays.
