Job summary

NASHVILLE ANTI HUMAN TRAFFICKING COALITION is seeking a Transportation Coordinator & Rescue Admin in Training to support Rescue and Restore participants with transportation needs and structured training under supervision. Full-time role in Nashville, with opportunities to gain LADAC supervision as part of professional development.

Responsibilities include coordinating safe transportation to destinations, documenting activities in Apricot, and assisting with program supplies and communications,

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with survivors and team members.
Strong organization, follow-through, time management, and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn Apricot and other NAHT systems.
Sober/clean from alcohol and drugs for a minimum of 18 months.
Must have reliable transportation, valid license, and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and provide safe, timely transportation for Rescue and Restore participants.
Document transportation, updates, and concerns in Apricot per NAHT procedures.
Assist with entering screenings, assessments, and placement information into Apricot.
Train under Lead Rescue Coordinator in Rescue administrative processes and workflow.
Maintain organized Rescue records and assist with communications and materials.
