Trillium Drivers in Nashville is seeking a Part-Time Transportation Coordinator to support dispatching, DOT compliance, preventive maintenance scheduling, and general administrative duties. You will lead day-to-day transportation activities, coordinate with managers, and ensure customer expectations are met while costs are controlled and equipment maintained.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and strong communication with drivers and third-party carriers.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of related experience and/or training.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees and schedules the day-to-day activities of transportation employees.
• Dispatch Drivers and coordinate with 3PL carriers.
• Track routes to ensure on-time deliveries and pickups.
• Review transportation paperwork including DVIRs, trip reports and invoices.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs of vehicles; ensure DOT compliance.
• Foster communication with Drivers, managers and partners; handle issues.
• Maintain dock schedule for external 3PL deliveries.
• Ensure safety infractions and DOT violations are addressed.
