Youth Opportunity Investments, LLC in Nashville, TN is hiring a Transporter to support transportation services at Harpeth Primary Assessment Center. You will transport youth to and from the program and other activities, maintain vehicles, and assist staff in ensuring youth safety during transport.

The role requires a high school diploma, a safe driving history, and the ability to relate to a diverse group of youth and adults.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior safe driving experience and proven safe driving record.
• Ability to relate to a wide diversity of youth and adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled transportation services for youth to and from the program and other activities as needed.
• Assist in developing and maintaining efficient pick-up and delivery route schedules.
• Operate vans and other vehicles safely and in accordance with YOI policies and traffic laws.
• Maintain, inspect, clean, and perform basic operator-level maintenance on assigned vehicles.
• Complete vehicle safety checklists before and after each use.
• Supervise youth during transport and ensure safe behavior.
• Report unsafe vehicle issues or incidents immediately.
