Qualifications

• Current and valid ARNP license or PA-C license in state.
• Graduate degree from an accredited ARNP/PA program.
• National ARNP/PA certification with DEA.
• Proven excellence in an interdisciplinary team environment.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software.

Responsibilities

• Work on a transplant surgery team with APPs, surgeons, residents, and multidisciplinary transplant team members.
• Perform minor bedside procedures and wound management.
• Provide a full spectrum of care for transplant acute care surgical patients.
• Participate in education of nursing staff and surgical residents.
• Participate in quality improvement projects for the Division of Transplant Surgery.
• Performs other related duties as required.
