Qualifications

Current and valid ARNP license or PA-C license in state.
Graduate degree from an accredited ARNP/PA program.
National ARNP/PA certification with DEA.
Proven excellence in an interdisciplinary team environment.
Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software.

Responsibilities

Work on a transplant surgery team with APPs, surgeons, residents, and multidisciplinary transplant team members.
Perform minor bedside procedures and wound management.
Provide a full spectrum of care for transplant acute care surgical patients.
Participate in education of nursing staff and surgical residents.
Participate in quality improvement projects for the Division of Transplant Surgery.
Performs other related duties as required.
