Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) is seeking a Clinical Transplant Services RN Manager to oversee care delivery within the Transplant Service, aligning clinical operations with regulatory and quality standards. This role coordinates across disciplines to ensure safety, efficacy, and patient satisfaction.

The manager leads policy development, performance improvement, and resource planning, enabling multi-disciplinary collaboration to optimize patient flow and outcomes across the service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent solid organ transplant experience.
• Regulatory and fiscal management experience.
• Previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care delivery within the Transplant Service across clinical, regulatory, and quality domains.
• Lead policy development, standards of practice, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with transplant medical, surgical, and administrative leadership to optimize patient flow and outcomes.
