The Johns Hopkins Hospital seeks an RN Lead to provide clinical and operational leadership for the Comprehensive Transplant Unit. You will support day-to-day nursing management, mentor staff, and drive quality, safety, and teamwork in a high-acuity setting in Baltimore.

Responsibilities include overseeing staffing, performance evaluations, and professional development, with emphasis on collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes.

Formación

• Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years acute care RN work experience required.
• Charge/preceptor experience preferred; leading committees and scheduling experience helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for the nursing team.
• Oversee employment activities, conduct performance evaluations, and support staff development.
