Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates transplant programs and initiatives.
• Coordinates patient care related to transplant processes.
• Maintains documentation to support regulatory and compliance standards.
• Assists in staff training and educational program development.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes, resolve issues, and implement new services.
• Applies evidence-based practices and adheres to professional nursing standards, including the ANA Code of Ethics.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
