Job summary

Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago seeks a senior professional to negotiate Single Case Agreements (SCA) for transplant and non-transplant services. This role leads contract negotiations, reviews financial outcomes, and supports management of out-of-state Medicaid and non-contracted payers.

A strong background in managed care contracts is essential. The position reports to the Director of Managed Care Contracting and requires collaboration with Payors, PFS, and clinical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Masters degree preferred.
• 5 years healthcare experience in managed care negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate Single Case Agreements (SCA) for Transplants, General/Surgical Medicine, and hospital ancillary agreements.
• Lead transplant contract negotiations and validate profit/loss values by Payor.
• Assist Director of Managed Care Contracting with tracking/evaluating SCAs and Transplant Agreements; monitor contract performance.
