Job summary

Georgetown University is seeking a Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator I (CRNC I) within the Center for Translational Transplant Medicine. The role executes protocol procedures, manages data, and safeguards participant welfare across trials at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital.

You will work under supervision with PIs and the CTTM Director, coordinating care within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting ALCOA+ documentation and safety reporting throughout

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing with an active nursing license.
• 2–7 years of recent clinical nursing experience in hospital, clinic, or similar setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, dosing calculations, clinical trials, and GCP concepts.

Responsibilities

• Execute protocol-required visit procedures and data collection.
• Maintain source documents and Case Report Forms per ALCOA+ and ICH-GCP.
• Monitor adverse events and advocate for participant safety throughout the trial.
• Assist with recruitment, informed consent, and participant communication.
• Collaborate with PIs, clinicians, and sponsors to integrate research into clinical workflows.
