Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with strong clinical assessment and critical thinking.
• Inpatient oncology/transplant–related care and infusion monitoring.
• Excellent communication skills for patient/family education and team coordination.
• Strong attention to detail, safety focus, and infection prevention practices.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop/evaluate evidence-based nursing care plans.
• Manage and monitor cellular therapy infusions.
• Identify and respond to complications through close clinical monitoring.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care from admission through follow-up.
• Educate patients and families on treatment, safety, and post-therapy care.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, infection control, and patient protocols.
• Document nursing care and patient status accurately and consistently.
