Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced RN for an Outpatient Stem Cell Transplant Clinic in Virginia. You will care for post-transplant and CAR-T patients, perform complex infusions, and work within a 7:00 AM–7:00 PM schedule with weekend coverage as needed.

The role requires a VA or compact RN license, BLS, chemotherapy certification, and stem cell transplant experience. Proficiency with IVs, central lines, and EPIC EMR is essential.

Qualifications

• Active VA or compact RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Chemotherapy certification required.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience.
• Minimum 1 year stem cell transplant experience.
• Strong IV insertion and patient assessment skills.
• Sterile central line dressing change experience.
• Proficient in accessing central lines and ports.
• Experience providing nurse-driven supportive care.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient Stem Cell Transplant Clinic with 6-chair infusion setup.
• Treat post transplant and CAR-T patients; various infusions.
• Acuity-based ratio; 1 RN to 3–4 patients.
• Shifts 7:00 AM–7:00 PM; 3 shifts per week; weekends occasionally.
