Job summary

Qualifications

• Direct patient care within RN scope for Stem Cell Transplant and hematologic disorders.
• Ability to assess, document, and adjust care plans with the healthcare team.
• Strong collaboration and communication with physicians and nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Reviews care plans and documents progress at least daily.
• Communicates patient needs to health team members during shifts.
• Explains tests, procedures, and medications to patients and families.
• Involves patients and families in decisions about care.
