Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited four-year baccalaureate nursing program.
• ASN candidate in progress toward BSN considered.
• Master's degree in nursing or related health field preferred.
• Current RN license in Florida.
• Minimum of three years nursing experience, with at least two years in medical/surgical/transplant settings.
• Critical care/transplant experience preferred.
• Knowledge in transplant immunology, surgical nuances, and diagnostic/lab data interpretation is valued.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure continuity of care for transplant patients.
• Assess patient health status and respond to changes per protocols.
• Communicate data to physicians and implement nursing interventions.
• Support age-specific needs and organ transplant care plans.
• Anticipate potential outcomes and manage risks for at-risk patients.
