Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in Florida is required.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience with at least 2 years in medical/surgical areas including transplant patients.
• Critical care or transplantation experience preferred; advanced degree/certifications considered for enrollment in BSN.
• If experienced in all areas listed, candidates may pursue baccalaureate program enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Identify patient health alterations.
• Assess patient response to treatment protocols.
• Communicate data to physician staff.
• Implement nursing interventions per established protocols; anticipate potential outcomes for at-risk patients.
