Qualifications

• Graduate of a NLN/AACN accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or Associate's with transplant experience.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in acute care setting.
• Strong communication, multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assess transplant recipient suitability and prepare for transplantation.
• Monitor recipient health and document across all phases of transplantation.
• Coordinate preoperative care and postoperative organ function monitoring.
• Communicate with patient, family, physicians and support staff.
