RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Transplant Coordinator RN for the Heart Transplant Evaluation program at the New Brunswick campus. The role coordinates the clinical and administrative process through all phases of transplantation and VAD care, with a strong emphasis on education and team collaboration.

Required BSN, NJ RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications; preferred MSN and CCTC. Day shift, Monday–Friday, full-time, with comprehensive benefits and a salary range of $113,300 to $147,500 per

Qualifications

• BSN required; RN licensure in NJ.
• Experience in heart transplant, heart failure, or cardiology preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; active NJ RN license.
• Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills; proficient with computers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre- and post-transplant care for heart transplant and VAD patients.
• Educate patients and caregivers on transplant, VAD, and heart failure processes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team; manage data capture and reporting.
• Support follow-up and discharge planning; ensure regulatory and program quality activities.
