Responsibilities

• Manages the Special Studies team for transmission system planning.
• Develops scenario-based grid expansion and resiliency plans.
• Leads regulatory filings and budgeting for projects.
• Interacts with external stakeholders (ISO-NE, NEPOOL/RT0) as needed.
• Directs technical analyses and problem solving for complex engineering issues.
