Job summary

Eversource is seeking a Manager, Project Planning and Scheduling to lead the team responsible for planning and scheduling complex electric power infrastructure projects within the Transmission Organization. You will oversee the full project life cycle, ensuring schedule integrity and producing key performance reports.

The role focuses on guiding Planners, Schedulers and Analysts, allocating work, training, and performance reviews, while aligning with corporate policies and continuous process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, accounting, finance, business or equivalent; MBA desirable.
• 10–12 years of related experience; 5+ years as Project Manager in large multi-year projects.
• Experience with Primavera and Unifier Project Controls; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning and scheduling through the full project life cycle.
• Produce monthly project performance tracking and reporting with schedule milestones.
• Develop and maintain project KPIs, reports, and change control processes.
